Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders are prepared in-store prior to shipment. Please review the full policy below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders require 3–5 business days for processing (typically sooner depending on volume of orders).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Shipping Rates & Methods

• Domestic (U.S.): $10 flat rate
  • Ships via 3-day ground
  • Estimated delivery: ~3 business days after carrier pickup
• International: $60 flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days after carrier pickup
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

We ship to many countries worldwide.

• Your country can typically be added within 24 hours

Duties, Taxes & VAT (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT upon arrival.

• These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost
• The customer is responsible for all applicable fees required by their country

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Tracking details are provided once the package has been shipped and received by the carrier.

Multiple Items / Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on availability.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays
• If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.

• Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds
• If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees will be required to reship

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may only be modified or canceled within a limited window after purchase
• Once processing has begun, no changes or cancellations can be made

Delivery Notes

• Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete and the package is in the carrier’s possession
• Carrier delays and customs processing times are outside of our control

Returns

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
